Silver Linings Wine Product Design
Wine, one of the finer things in life when it comes to alcoholic beverages, and Silver Linings is no different. Each bottle has its own unique flavor due to shifts in seasonal harvest times. Based on the type of grape and the season at which it was harvested, the flavor may range from bitter-sweet to citrus aftertaste. Grapes are grown year-round in order to have different seasons for each bottle, which was incorporated into the front label.
By having a constant visual graphic for brand recognition (the cloud symbol) and playfully incorporating the flavor of the bottle (variety of weather illustrations), it not only catches customers' eyes, thereby increasing its shelf value. Each bottle was given a unifying design that allows them all to fit in the same family while having enough secondary visuals that allow the viewer to distinguish one bottle from the other. Color was also added to give each design a unique spin and act as a distinguishable characteristic from a distance.
